Am I dwelling on stuff too much or have i really had it bad in terms of confidence?

It sounds like this last boyfriend really knocked your confidence. It will get better with experience. Just wait until the right guy comes along and you'll feel totally confident because he'll be the right guy. Just relax and take it as it comes. Good luck honey :D x
