Chances of getting into college?

ok so freshman and sophomore year i pretty much blew off i am talking about like prob a 1.8 for both years, I am smart enough i just didnt do the work. Junior year i am taking an AP class and 2 honors classes if i end up getting about a 3.0-4.0 junior and senior year will that increase my chances of getting into college? or will they just look at the weighted gpa? If i get the grades i plan on applying to ASU, University of Arizona, LIU c.w post, or possibly rollins college....... im starting to worry about my future.... i just need some advice
