Does The University Of Arizona Look At D's?

I Am a Junior in high school and I might attend ASU for Forensic Psychology, I have 4 D's so far, but I have 2 honors and have passed them with a B. : ) I want to know if ASU would look at my D's. I am retaking one of my classes Senior year and hopefully that will help? The Main class I keep getting D's In is MATH. So can i still get in ASU ? P.S I have a 3.0 Gpa I have no clue how ?
