I have gotten a 1920 SAT score and a 27 ACT score. What caliber of college can i get into?

I've only taken each once, so i assume that they'll both go up the next time. I have a B average though, which is kind of shabby. I live in AZ so i think i can get into U of A, ASU, or NAU. Any chance of going out of state though?
