I have some doubt when it comes to offensive rebounds in the NBA. I always thought that an offensive rebound was awarded to the player who grabs the ball from the same team, but I have a friend who says that if a player from that team touched the ball (a center or PF who knocks the ball back so a teammate can get it) he gets an offensive rebound. I always thought that only tip ins or tip dunks counted as an offensive rebound as well but touching the ball?
